21st Annual Gala Juried Fine Arts Exhibition
at The Arts Center in Elkins, WV
The Arts Center invites artists working in a variety of media to submit applications for our Annual Gala Juried Fine Arts Exhibition.
Details:
Media accepted shall be original, non-reproduced work not previously exhibited in the Great Hall Gallery at The Arts Center. We accept paintings, 2D, 3D functional and aesthetic, such as sculpture.
Our exhibition offers emerging and established artists the opportunity to showcase their talents and latest works. We are committed to organizing and promoting “excellence in art” and offering a distinguished platform for all selected artists.
How to Register:
Click the button (link) at the top right of the screen that says “Register.”
Create an account/user profile, including a password. Keep this info for future logons.
Bio: You are asked to enter a bio. Whatever you enter here, will be printed in the gala program. If you only want one word, its your choice.
Once logged in, you will see “My Application Page.” EACH piece of artwork is a separate submission.
Upload your entries/images.
You MUST click on blue button: COMPLETE AND VIEW ENTRY

The non-refundable registration fee is processed through a secure payment system using Visa or MasterCard. The fee covers up to 4 entries.

Selection process and artist notification:
The artistic work submitted by each artist is juried based upon the following criteria:
Body of Work: How well the images represent a point of view
Technical Execution: Technique, skill, degree of difficulty, mastery of materials used
Sales Allocation:
The Arts Center is a non profit, 501c3, providing artists and our community with fine art. The Arts Center retains a courtesy commission on art sold for all members and non members. The artist will receive a check for the amount of the artwork, plus tax, less the Courtesy Commision.
Artist Notification:
All notifications to artists will happen via email to the email address on file with the ArtCall.org system. No phone calls. Check your spam if no word.
Closed to entries.
Art Check-In: April 13, 2022.Please label all entires with the submission receipt that you receive via email. Do not ask staff to print your labels. The labels for the back of your work, are the receipts you receive via email. Drop off is Wed. April 13, from 10 am to 4 pm
Art Pick-Up: May 31, 2022. Pickup is Tuesday, May 31, from 10 am to Noon
